1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Synketto platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Synketto is a project management integration platform that connects Azure DevOps and Jira. The Service provides tools for viewing, synchronising and managing work items across these platforms.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must immediately notify the administrator of any unauthorised use of your account. You may not share your credentials with third parties.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Service
• Share, distribute or expose confidential data accessed through the Service

5. Data and Privacy

The Service processes data from connected third-party platforms (Azure DevOps, Jira). You acknowledge that data displayed within Synketto is subject to the respective terms and privacy policies of those platforms. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Service are the property of Synketto or their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Synketto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows, updates, and unforeseen circumstances may result in temporary downtime.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users will be notified of significant changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
